Our building complex is constituted from four (4) functional and autonomous residences (Maisonette) 60m2 each one. All four offer the same amenities and great view. Each villa has two levels. At the first level there is a seating area has a large living room, kitchen, WC, veranda, wide Screen TV” with the possibility of satellite television, air condition, and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator normal size, cooker, toaster, coffee pot and a kettle that the stay be easy and pleasant.
An internal marble staircase is leading to the second level where there is the bedroom and the main bathroom. Large and spacious surfaces, best quality materials and construction will impress you. The premises are heated and air-conditioned.
There is the possibility of hosting a family of 2-4 people. There is the option of fireplace for your winter escapes. The company has a spacious basement parking. At the outdoors, you can relax and enjoy the green at your privacy. Also you can enjoy your swim in a pool of 30 sq.m. (shared), or you may go on foot to the beach which is only 150m from the complex.
